Overall great for what I need it for but it's definitely not 12x10, definitely smaller. Most of the shirts I make for htv are pull on. I can never make something as big as 12x10 that fits without having to keep moving it to get everything on. Most likely, he will buy another, much larger one somewhere else in the near future. As mentioned above, it heats up quite well, instructions were not included, looks like it is in use, as additional parts were heavily dismantled. Had to use YouTube to figure out how to use the timer and heater settings. Also, the heat press pictured is not the one I received. All these things didn't really bother me until my return because I didn't remember buying one that small and then I realized that it 1. doesn't match the picture, the dimensions given don't match what i received and read other reviews and noticed the same problem. wm. I don't hate it because like I said it gets the job done, but at least provide and update your listing with the correct images and description.
