The ability to quickly collect data from multiple sources, visualize it via dashboards or KPIs sets up for deeper investigation later in analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI. It's not really an end user application; you need some programming experience. Also, there are so many different ways of collecting your information that isn't intuitive at all. You'll spend time trying to figure out what you're looking for. We use this product internally with our team members to identify where they should improve their business processes.
