Fits great with room to grow on my soon to be ten yr old son. I am super happy. He has a big head not only for his age but gets it genetically from his father. So I was really worried he would not fit the helmet. With measuring tape his head seemed to measure around 21- 22 inches. The helmet and all the pads fit him perfect and he still has room to grow in all of them. Other than his big head, he is average build for his age, he wears boys size 8-10 US.
