I've made stuffed mussels with mozzarella cheese in these dishes and it turned out great. The baking pans I had before were too shallow, they are the perfect depth and overall size. I would also like to point out that this is a wonderful company to order from. I had an issue with one of the dishes when it arrived and wanted to return the whole box but instead I contacted the company and they quickly resolved my issue and sent a replacement. I highly recommend this company and this product!
