Excellent System - easy set up, excellent customer service

The ease of use. This system works well! They send you reminders about due date reminders as well. You can customize reports and it also will track when customers pay their bill online versus paying at meter station. There are some bugs but they have been working with us in order to get things fixed. Reporting takes a little while so we do not always know right away if someone paid online. This has helped out immensely in keeping people aware that they need to pay by this designated method so there wont be late fees added onto them. We were able to implement an automated system which reduced the amount of work needed by staff members to check meters everyday. We have used ParkLync in both our residential and commercial accounts. The ease of use and great support! They have always been there to help with questions or issues we may encounter. I would highly recommend them as they really care about their customers. There is nothing I can think of that I dislike. I am currently using ParkLync to create tickets to be sent out to my residents/tenants.
