Review on πŸ”§ WEN MB500 Universal Mobile Base: Heavy Duty 500lb Capacity for Tools & Machines! by Paul Hubbard

This will work fine for my table saw.

I looked at offers online and settled on this base. It was a good price and seems strong enough for the way I use my table saw. I'd say it's really good for home use, but I'd use something more permanent, like a welded angle, in an industrial setting. I removed some of the threads from the few supplied M6-12 screws that hold the frame together. I used my Makita impact wrench. Bad idea. I had to replace 9 screws. The nuts were fine, as were over half of the supplied M6 bolts. I suspect if I had used a set of sockets they would not have failed. I used interchangeable hardware. I didn't realize I had removed the screws until I finished reassembling. The replacement screws I used were fine, so I question the quality of the screws I removed. The instructions were fine. The suggestion they make in the instructions to build a frame around a saw raised on blocks of wood was good advice. That's how I ended up building, but I should have started the same way. giggle
