The best thing about this service has been its flexibility for our business needs in terms of managing multiple applications from one platform with ease! It was easy enought o learn how it works but I do not think you can use any other vendor's software without migrating your data over first - which we did have some problems doing so since they don't provide migration tools out-of-the box like others do (iCloud or Google Apps).

If that doesn’t work then there are plenty more options available such as using Microsoft Office 365 instead where everything will be backed up automatically by MSFT anyway. We needed an all inclusive solution because at times certain features were missing when used separately rather than together. Now having them combined into 1 tool makes things easier especially if something happens during downtime or goes down unexpectedly.
