The problem with the connectors to the block
The problem with the product is that when connecting to the block the rubber tips come loose and get lost inside the block. They need to be glued to the metal connectors to keep them secure. This is my first time wearing a hat so we'll see how durable it is after the winter. I hope I can contact the manufacturer and get more rubber tips.
