Burned out after 300 hours
Everything worked fine at first. After a month or two, it sometimes flickered, sometimes sang (i.e. made an audible noise), but eventually died an early death by rupturing an internal lightbulb. Duration is around 300 hours compared to 2000+ hours. So in the end it is much more expensive than the standard lamp and has a mediocre performance.
