No UPF label on clothing; Size feedback

The tote bag has the normal UPF50+ label, but the clothing tag only says 100% polyester, made in China. The fit for XL is a bit tighter than expected but long for an arm's length (probably 36) which is exactly what I need for sun protection during water activities. Four stars given the price, it's good value even if it doesn't really offer UPF50 protection (100% polyester offers natural UPF). There are no tags on the neck so you have to figure out which one is in front every time you put it on.
