Review on 🔲 Xlab Mezzo Cage Pod: Enhanced Storage Solution in Sleek Black Design by John Destruction

This pod has space for two hoses, a multi-tool, levers and a CO2 cartridge. I bought this because I was tired of my saddlebag dangling from the XLAB Turbo Wing (black). Great, has everything I need and more. I could have stashed some biscuits instead of an extra whistle! Fast forward to ride #1. It was launched from the turbo wing not once, but twice, although my water bottle was still safe and sound. I even used the included rubber band to secure it, but apparently that didn't help. Maybe it's the bottle holders? No problem, a 38g Gorilla XLAB carbon cage (red) should work just fine, right? nope First ride with new cages and capsule. I lost the capsule twice again! The second time it was swallowed up by storm sewers and it was impossible to recover. I guess that means I won't be buying another anytime soon. I just want my multi tool and cookies back. Advantages: Plenty of space for hoses, tools and accessories. Cons: Not very secure and vulnerable to launch. Lost about $50 on whistles and accessories.
