Tiksawon: Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Quality

I was eager to check out Tiksawon because I enjoy shopping online and for clothes. My interactions with the business, however, have been utterly unsatisfactory. First of all, their goods are of poor quality. The apparel is made of thin, inexpensive fabric, and the stitching is frequently wonky and uneven. Not to mention that their sneakers are simply not worth the price because of the inconsistent sizing and poor quality. Tiksawon's customer support is also disappointing, which makes the situation worse. I've had problems with incorrect orders, and each time I attempt to call their customer support, I encounter lengthy wait times and unhelpful staff. Feeling like your voice is not being heard or that your business is not respected is upsetting. And even though Tiksawon's rates are reasonable, it is ultimately not worthwhile. I would rather spend a little more money on high-quality goods and attentive customer care. Overall, based on my interactions with the business, I am unable to endorse Tiksawon. Their customer care is appalling, and their products are of poor quality. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
