The only complaint is that they aren't loud enough. I was kind of hoping for the deafening power of the heavy bass, but even with all the volume controls at maximum it's still just "nice" if that makes any sense. I'm used to in-ear headphones (cheap, not expensive) that make me cringe at maximum volume. With these chips, I hear music clearly, but the bass is tinny and everything seems muffled. Of course it plays through the fabric of the helmet's ear cup and then through the fabric of my face mask. It's very hard to ask for the performance I want, but I just want anyone who buys them to know you're not getting the performance. Honestly, I'd stick with my in-ear headphones if they didn't. It hurts so much under the helmet.
