Windows starts up and the drive reaches 59-63 C. After Windows is stable, the drive still reaches 41-55 C. This isn't NVME, and it is it already hot. (I have a Samsung and aData m2 SSD in 128G with no heat issues.) As a result, I added a heatsink. With a heat sink, the temperature drops from 5 to 10 C.
