I've been using the TeraStation 3210DN for almost a year now and I'm very happy with it. There was some hassle with the initial setup which required me to "format" the drive, but once I got over that it worked like a charm. I was also pleasantly surprised that the TeraStation has built-in Dropbox syncing. Just enter your Dropbox credentials, set which TeraStation folder to sync with which Dropbox folder, and voila: your files are now available in the cloud without (very important for us) your office network must be exposed to the outside world. .
