Great replacement for our 2005 Acura MDX. The apartment was changed to a nearby Wal*Mart and a sensor was installed for $3. The TPMS system picked it up and hasn't had any issues since it was installed last year. Legend: This block replaces the STEM, not the sensor. Since you are only replacing the stem (as in our case the cover on the stem was rusted, torn and broken) there is no need to program the TPMS system. Only the metal part is replaced. Check your problem, if you just need to fix the valve/stem this is the way to go.
