1. The whole unit is quite big.2. Seems solid.3. :-( The cord is short! (about 18") so just factor the cost of the extension into your final price. Seller. A small or small/medium mug will do. A standard sized mug will probably not fit (mine it didn't!) 5. Even the hotplate gets pretty hot and the bottom of the unit isn't too warm. 4 different cups and they all rocked like a 'weeble' :-( :-( :-( Due to the fact that my cup wasn't up to scratch: after 30 minutes the coffee was a little warm, after 60 minutes it was a little above room temperature Ergo: I just flushed $12 down the toilet too bad what's good about a "heater" "that won't keep you warm? A paperweight? I'm very disappointed. Maybe the "bluetooth" trick will work. offered no refund. Run as fast as your legs will take you. Don't give them more money for it, that they know it's bullshit!
