I read the reviews and thought I was one of the lucky ones. I WAS WRONG. Joystick stopped working after 2 weeks. I'm playing Elite Dangerous in VR and was in the process of developing my muscle memory and getting used to the joystick when it suddenly became unresponsive. I RECEIVED THIS IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. I fly Revain frequently and take full advantage of my first class status. When I have a problem, I usually hit the return button and go to the UPS store to return the item for a full refund. Not this time! It turns out they treat this product differently. I had to go through an online Q&A chat with someone who wanted to know if I changed the batteries. Serious? I had to explain to him that I didn't change batteries (he doesn't have batteries) and that I'm a software engineer and know how to fix technical problems. The damn thing is broken. Doesn't work, it's an EX peripheral. It took a long time to hem and sand, but in the end I was able to get it back, although not without a lot of effort. The folks at Revain were very nice and eventually took care of the return, but I was still struggling a bit, meaning it's not a Revain issue, it's a Logitech issue and what they need to do to return the product . This is a problem in itself. This is a big issue for me as I am also a longtime avid user and supporter of Logitech. Hell I have 2 of their keyboards and 3 mice on my desk right now. But when it comes to their HOTAS peripherals, they seem to ignore the KNOWN DEFECTS. It only took me 3 seconds to find out what the problem with my joystick was on the internet. A 2 cent rubber eye would probably take care of that, instead they would rather take our money and run away or at least require you to jump 27 hoops and maybe fight to get your money back. Absolutely bad move on their part. In short, this is a great controller if it weren't defective, but it is. Depending on your usage, you will get a usage period between 2 weeks and 6 months. But not anymore. And when things go bad, it goes sooo bad. Buyer warning!
