It does what I want it to. It's nice to be able to clean it without knowing how much cream is wasted while rinsing it out because it does not absorb the cream. There are multiple creams I need to use on my back for different reasons at different times, so being able to rinse it off is important as well as thrifty. The only thing I wish was different was a bit more of an arc in the handle, but the arc that is there is much better than having a flat handle. Well pleased.
