My son got a telescope for Christmas and we only partially installed it in his room, which made his small room very cramped. At the end of June he wanted to take the telescope with him on a trip abroad, but I felt uncomfortable sending it without a case. I researched many different bags/cases and came across this one. The bag is not specifically designed for my son's type of telescope; However, it fits his telescope and tripod after dismantling. My son was against buying this bag as he didn't think he needed it. When he returned from the trip, he said he was glad to receive it and that it was easy to carry. He recently said he's glad he has a bag because it's the perfect way to store his telescope. We are very happy with it and can only recommend it. One of the reasons I was drawn to this bag was that it's durable and will hold up. You can wear it in different ways, which is nice.
