A great tool if you're looking improve your lead conversion

I really like how easy it was to set up my CRM, as well integrating into Salesforce for greater efficiency! It also helps me keep track off all our leads/customers which makes management much easier!! There are some features that could be improved such us being able use different views (ie phone number vs email address) - but not enough so there's no point improving upon what we have now without major changes or upgrades from ITG themselves? Great system overall- very helpful when managing multiple contacts across many companies at once.- keeping everything together has made life alot smoother.

  • Easy interface / layout with quick access areas & shortcuts available if more than one window is open in browser.Good integration wth SFDC making information sharing even better..Great customer service always ready an willing ot help where necessary..Allows you full flexibility within your own environment allowing customization wherever needed...Easy way yo store info about clients etc...greatly enhances communications between staff members
