I love the product; My first slow juicer. I've only used it a few times to make celery juice. It works fine but I have to clean the parts immediately, the celery fibers get stuck in the pulp outlet. This is a hard-to-reach area, regardless of the brushes provided. Therefore, it is important to clean it as soon as possible. Another area I'm struggling with is aligning the funnel with the arrow on the base container. Maybe I'm a new user and I don't know how to deal with this properly or faster. It will eventually be finished, but I'd like to get it done on the first try. So far this has not happened. Otherwise I like everything about it. Maybe it deserves a higher rating but for me it's a 4+ so far. Also, check all parts and the engine area for defects before use. Mine arrived with a small problem which I will report to the seller. One side of the yellow silicone part of the basket was split a bit, but it can eventually be torn off by simply sliding a screen in and out of the basket as you can see in the photo. I poke in a toothpick to highlight the area. In conclusion, I can recommend the product.
