I have a naturally short temper and although the dive shop told me to get a 7mm, this 5mm superheats me perfectly to 60 degrees Fahrenheit or less in the water. Until I'm ready and doing it in the water during a shore dive, I cook. I'm 5ft 10", 170lbs, the suit is a bit loose in the important areas. A clear plus for me if I use the "Large" size. The seams look great, are sewn with durable threads and taped for extra support. If you want it to last, wash it immediately after you dive in the ocean, spray it again with fresh water at home, hang dry and don't leave it in the garage, especially if you live in Southern California!
