I have a Specialized Roubaix Pro bike with Dura-Ace/Integra components and an FSA crankset. The chain fell horribly inward. Not only under pressure (like in the middle of a hill climb), but also on a flat road in front of a mountain. The bike shop tried and tried to fix it but ended up saying I just had to use a Shimano crank to adjust the rest of my components. Have you ever reviewed the Dura-Ace grip? big money. I bought this little guy after seeing them on pro bikes at TDF and I've never made a better purchase. It's like having a different bike. I can go from a large chainring to a small one anywhere (I ride a compact), including flexing it as much as possible when going up a steep hill, and it falls perfectly onto that small ring EVERY TIME. I haven't had a broken chain since I bought it and have ridden my bike about 1000 miles since then. Like almost everything in life, your mileage can vary, but for me this works great.
