I use K&N filters in most of my cars. They allow more air through the stock filters, which can wake the engine up a bit, but still delivers a bit more power and better MPG. used (like all K&N filters), and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg like most other aftermarket Harley air filters. An engine can only use a certain amount of air, and this air filter will let through more than that for the vast majority of us. If you're making the more expensive Stage 3 and 4 mods it may not supply enough air, but I'm sure it will. If you are happy with the look of a standard air filter cover, then this filter will do just fine. Just be careful when tightening the screws that install the filter. It's really easy to start shredding! Don't worry how I know :-)
