Broke on second use

Recently bought a LOVKITCHEN cheese grater. When I first used it, I liked it for its ease of use. However, a few days later, when I used this item for the second time, it just broke. The grater has a "bunker" in which you place a piece of cheese. This container has a "buckle" (a small piece of metal) welded to the container. The buckle keeps the funnel in the correct position so the funnel doesn't touch the grater drum and you can rotate the drum easily while holding the handle to push the block of cheese against the drum. The buckle is not welded and in fact it looks like the buckle is "glued" and not welded on. So when you hold the handle and squeeze it to push the block of cheese against the grater drum, you are actually putting pressure on the entire funnel. The buckle attached to the funnel didn't like the pressure and just came off the funnel. What I didn't like about my purchase was LOVKITCHEN's customer service. The box with the grater comes with a leaflet with links to social networks and email addresses. It encourages you to rate/view the product on Facebook, Revain, etc. The document also states that they "care deeply about user satisfaction," and you can contact them via email to resolve any issues. I emailed about what happened to the grater over a week ago but no response.
