It has been helpful in managing the whole process of product life cycle.The user interface is very easy to use.It provides complete visibility of process flow, which helps us to achieve our goals faster.We needed one dashboard to manage all our production processes and also provide the required support to our customers.Managing and maintaining everything through single platform with this software was quite smooth for us. At the time it was not possible to do things manually as well and our system had no option of doing it.But now I think it is available so we can perform some manual tasks as well. As it has a lot of functionality, sometimes I am finding some difficult while using because they don't have tutorials or support centers for beginners and I don't want to read documents like PDF's. And also there are too many options, so I am struggling a bit where I like the user friendly interface of the system and its ease to use. The ability to integrate it with our existing systems as well as customize it for specific needs. The price can be considered high but if you are looking for an easy to use tool then this can help you out. If you are looking for a CRM solution the integration with your other applications is great. We have been able to track all leads and close sales quickly.
