Activates itself! Not good!
Installed this winch on our houseboat. I liked it until that remote control winch activated (turned off) itself when we were in port for fuel. He did this 3 times, for a second each time, releasing about 2-3 inches of string. Not sure what caused it but after we left the jetty it hasn't happened again. Does anyone know what frequency the remote uses? Maybe it's close to the ocean frequency.
