Good junction box for tight spaces
Ideal for use as a junction box in confined spaces. I was looking to replace the fluorescent ceiling light in my closet with a new LED light and found that there was no junction box above the light! Electrical wires ran through a 1 x 3 board and then through 1/2 inch ceiling plaster. I removed the 3" round patch of plaster around the wires and screwed this T pan onto the board. The wires at the top were connected to 3 wires for the LED light. The light was very light weight so it could be hung using the 2 screws that are included in this Saf-T-Pan
