Carafe volume markings (8, 10, 12 cup markings) have washed out in less than a week of use. At least on the side of the device there is a scale that shows the water level. The item at the bottom of the coffee shelf fell apart in the dishwasher. I had to find a small soft plastic ring (whether to let water through or not) to make it work. Red pain in the ass. Aside from those two things, it works fine EXCEPT. Instructions like "SHIT" - how to turn it off (press the button and it will go from red to blinking blue - now HOLD the button for a few seconds and it will turn off) This is NOT in the instructions - written from a non-English speaking person/company!
