Review on Discover The Versatile KAVU Rope Bag For All Your Outdoor And Commuting Needs by Gail Rogers

I love this bag on my review.

I love this bag, and I can't imagine carrying a different kind of purse now. I have several options for carrying it--over my shoulder, as a front pack, or as a backpack. I find each of these positions more comfortable than my smaller crossbody which wouldn't hold nearly as much. One reviewer said that the bag is flat, and it is when it's empty. However, this does not mean that it won't hold much! It takes on a more rounded shape as you fill it.In the small, front velcro pocket, I have about a dozen cloth tissues. In the bottom, front zipper pocket, I carry my phone in an Otterbox and a spiral notepad; it will actually hold two smart phones in Otterboxes, even with the notepad. In the smaller of the two main compartments, I have a Buffwear headband, two reusable produce bags, and half a dozen reusuable Chicobags. I am happy to note that I haven't had to get a disposable bag at a single store since I bought this bag since I always have my reusables with me.In the larger of the two main compartments, I have carried my iPad mini in a leather case, a small bag with feminine stuff in it, wallet, sunglass case, lotion bar tube, plus a number of small items in the small, zippered pocket, and I still had a little room to spare.Even when I wear it snugly against my back, it is still fairly easy to pull it around to the front so that I can get to my wallet or other items. And even when it's packed full, it's still comfortable to carry. I now have two Kavu Rope Bags, and I'm sure I'll buy new patterns as they come out. This desire to collect them is the one serious drawback to buying the bag in my opinion.

Pros
  • KAVU-Outdoors
Cons
  • The bag is not suitable for carrying fragile items
