I used this on the terrazzo floor in the lobby. I didn't use sealer at first but the floor was machine/wet cleaned. * This finish holds up very well, very few air bubbles. * Very low odor * Dries very quickly (label says 45 minutes) I've used fans and my fur was dry in 30 minutes. Don't run, but dry enough for another layer. I prefer to let the floor dry for at least 8-10 hours before moving. I would say you need at least 3 coats for the expected gloss level. I could do four. After drying overnight it is quite shiny. I would say it has an average shine. Not super shiny. I think that this is a "fast acting" product and therefore affects the speed of the process compared to the final higher shine. The bottle does not mention the percent solids in this coating. I suspect that's lower than most finishes. In terms of durability I just did the floors and they look and feel good but I have a customer that was using an old rollator with no slides and she already scratched the floor.
