The team is incredibly responsive to customer feedback/requirements. They were very easy to work with. Communication was great! Everything about working with them was good - I can't think of anything that would make it better. We've hired backpacks to help get our blog posts noticed by people who could be potential customers as well as just readers. It's helped us grow our traffic significantly which helps increase revenue from other sources (e.g. advertising). The team is very knowledgeable about their field with several years of experience as professional writers. They have helped me create great content, that has led to many leads. The price can be high at times since they charge per hour which adds up quickly. I would recommend them but it is a bit pricey for my budget. However the work product was of good quality. I have also used them for social media posts, blog posts, ebooks, website copy, and more.
