Review on Papier D'Armenie Traditional Burning Papers - Authentic 1 Book of 12 Sheets: Discover the Timeless Art of Aromatic Purification by Tonya Zayas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wonderful oriental fragrance!

These papier d'Armenie work as they are supposed to: you tear a strip from the hilt, fold it like an accordion, then light one end, blow out the flame quickly and put it in an ashtray or another refractory surface. The paper will smolder for about 3 minutes releasing fragrant smoke, then it will go out on its own. The smoke is really pungent so it's best to leave the room while it's burning. Unburned paper smells not only of benzoin, but also of opoponax, vanilla and amber. In fact, the unburned smell is very similar to the old Coty ÉMÉRAUDE, that is, the classic French-Oriental smell. They are adorable and adorable and make a great inexpensive gift. The booklet has 12 leaves, each leaf has 3 strips. So you get 36 burns from one booklet. In 1885, paper was claimed to provide a cleansing, healing, and antiseptic smoke; now we just know that they smell really good.
