Very happy with the purchase. I wanted a massage gun, but the current ones on the market are too expensive for us. I dared this model because of the heating and cooling nozzle. The unit works better than expected and some of the more expensive models didn't have heating/cooling connections. Packed in a nice case, this massage gun offers plenty of power and battery life. A charging notification is given when the battery is low. The case doesn't always keep attachments in place, but it's no big deal anyway. The tone used is not as loud as some other massage guns and is actually quieter than expected. If you don't want to spend a lot of money but want a massage gun, this device is a great option. It didn't disappoint. As for reliability, time will tell, but I'm very happy with the purchase.
