Not for me. suitable for shampoo and conditioner
I may have bought this by mistake thinking it was a different product. I wanted something with more natural ingredients, my fault. But I tried it for a week, the oil is very sticky and thick on the hands but does little for the hair. I ended up using additional ones by applying again. My hair was still dry and dull. I have very bleached hair, maybe it's just not for me.
