I really enjoy how easy it was for me to set up my account, as well as having multiple guest options available. Once you have an event scheduled through proxy click, there are so many different ways that they can be customized! My only issue is that sometimes when I try to use the app or website the information isn't being updated immediately and some times it just doesn’t update at all. This has been resolved though. They do not offer phone support but if needed you can email them directly. It took us about 30 minutes to get everything setup properly. Our biggest concern before using this service was how secure it would actually be. The customer service team helped make sure that we were comfortable with what we wanted to utilize.
