SMALLER THAN KEURIG

They said they are for use with the Platinum B70 but when they arrived I was surprised at how small they are. The one that came with our Keurig is 5.5 cm long at the top, 3 cm short and 3 cm deep. It is 4.5cm x 2cm x 2.5cm (measuring in the same order). Browsing the web, I don't see anyone using smaller filters on this model. I'll look a little further before returning as I'd like to avoid this if possible. I see there are no reviews for this item from this seller yet so I wanted others to know. JULY 31 As an update. called Keurig and they don't make filters in different sizes (so they will NOT fit ANY Keurig) and they don't recommend using a third party filter (which company of course?) and definitely don't recommend using the smaller one. I tried doing a simple return through Revain and you actually CANNOT do it the normal way because it seems they consider activated carbon filters to be a hazardous material. What a problem. but the solution comes. The seller was friendly and responsive via email (was surprised I couldn't send a return through Revain and said other carbon filters could use with no problem). Revain support was helpful and emailed on my behalf and also wrote down the transaction details if I had any issues. The seller gave me a return address to send the filters back. I have noticed that their return policy is not to refund my return and they will deduct the original shipping cost from my refund. Regardless, I asked for a full refund as their own description of the product was flawed. I sent them back and I'm excited to see what happens next. I've since found 6 packs at BJ's for only $17 and some loose change. doh Too bad I didn't start there. 3 AUGUST I received these two emails from the seller: Hello, your balance has been added to your account, please check. Thank you again for your work and we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you dear buyer, I received your return and found why you said the filters are so small. We actually sent the wrong filters for your order. It was for the culinary arts. However, we do have filters for Keurig as detailed in my listing. If you are still interested, you can still buy from my offer and I will definitely do it for you this time. I very much regret it. SOLUTION I received a full refund (including the original shipping cost but not my return shipping of a few dollars). I emailed back and thanked him for letting me know what happened. I already bought what I need locally so I won't be buying it online for at least another year.
