Great little pan except it's not dishwasher safe. I bought (2) of these pans because I needed this size to fit in my bread proofer and they are perfect. I bake bread weekly and these pans are great for rolls/loaves. I tested them for pan frying, no issues except that they need to be hand washed to maintain the quality of the non-stick coating. They're easy to delete, so they're not a deal breaker.
