PROBLEM SOLVED RE: did not work after 5 hours of intermittent use

intended for the garden, it has been used 4 times and each time for around 1 hour. Then suddenly it stopped working and after troubleshooting it turned out that the power supply unit of the PSU had failed. I would like to contact either customer service or the company to see if a replacement is available before returning it for a late July return date. After contacting the company I was told that a replacement would be supplied and they asked me to follow my review (which I do now). However, it's been a while since I've had contact with them and I still haven't received a replacement. If I do, I'll be happy to write another follow-up to this review because I believe any business should be commended if customer satisfaction is their priority. FOLLOW UP AND UPDATED FEEDBACK: After a long wait I am pleased to report that this Alpine Fountains company has solved my problem at a much higher level than I imagined or expected. I got a fountain going again and can honestly say that as a consumer who has dealt frequently with customer service representatives, this company stands by their integrity, makes promises and puts the customer first. It was a pleasure to work with Alpine and the customer service representatives who deal with dissatisfied customers in a very professional manner.
