I love this espresso machine! I find that many of the complaints made in other reviews are fairly easy to avoid once you get the hang of it. For example, the height of the cup below the brew head is for a small cup. but that's why you can slide out the bottom and put a big cup in it. If you can't turn the knob without pressing one of the buttons (which I'm good at), you can simply turn the machine off so the buttons don't light up, and then turn it back on when you're ready. Personally, I love the touch buttons, the size and look of the machine on my counter, the cleaning feature, how easy it is to take a few parts and throw them in the dishwasher for a deeper clean, and the cream that these come with Machine can finish espresso. I only took off one star because I see inconsistencies with the foam feature, but to be honest having this feature at all is just an added bonus for me so it doesn't bother me that much.
