Doesn't support 144hz

I tried to use the adapter to get 3440 x 1440 at 144hz (original for my monitor) but this adapter only outputs 120hz from my MacBook Air through the Thunderbolt 3 port out a native resolution of 3440 x 1440 @ 120Hz. I also used a Displayport 1.4 cable. It's not worth it.
