Making iced tea is always more art than science for me, I really only drink unsweetened tea and hate bitterness, so I'm considering what is better to use: 1 or 2 teabags, how long insist and use how much ice; changes every time I try a new blend or brand of tea. This thing isn't a problem anymore because it completely removes the dilution factor from the equation. I just brew the tea the way I normally do, like drinking it hot, then I run it through this thing and it's perfectly chilled, but it tastes exactly the same. My only complaint would be that it splits into 4 parts for cleaning, but as they are all dishwasher safe that complaint is downright moot.
