Excellent Customer Service From Nick
My ISpring was leaking and apparently the o-rings were bad. I contacted customer service and Nick quickly addressed the issue and sent new o-rings. Unfortunately the O-rings were not the problem and I had to contact Nick again. After some troubleshooting, Nick determined that the problem was with the main unit and immediately sent a new one. It worked and the device works great. Excellent customer service and Nick is to be commended.
