The New Year is coming soon, and as you know, the main decoration of the New Year's table in our time is what?! Correctly! - a TV, well, or a smart TV or just a monitor to which you can connect anything, and if you wish, even an iron, as long as it is with Wi-Fi. Here I am, in advance, preparing for this and remembering that it is most convenient to eat and watch the New Year's light, from time to time missing my mouth with a spoon, right in the kitchen, I still decided to hang an old but reliable smart from the company Skis right in the kitchenette at 9 meters. He approached the matter thoroughly. I studied all the possible options, and as usual I chose the most inexpensive, practical and with the most convenient functionality for me personally. And I also had to spend these damned points, which are about to burn out in a store with a strange Latin American name Eldorado, where I went on a hike to pick up the Hitechnic HTN-2902B TV (monitor) bracket ordered the day before from its treasuries. The box from it is shown in the photo below: All vital information, well, except for the fire evacuation plan, is presented right on the box, which is made of fairly thick cardboard. I made the following requirements for the bracket: - it must be durable and reliable, like our entire Russian Fleet; - respectively, a minimum of plastic in the design and a maximum of metal products, so that if anything it could be scrapped and at least something received for a rainy day; - it should be mobile like my left leg and bend in at least two directions; - be far enough away from the wall, but not too far away. In general, the Hitechnic HTN-2902B bracket fulfilled all my requirements and Wishlist. For which he deserves, though small, but a medal. I don't know exactly why I started measuring the box for you. Most likely I thought, but suddenly for someone it will be vital information. What if someone is looking for the last refuge for his early departed hamster. In general, if anything, the hamster will fit, and not even alone, but even with friends suicidal hamsters. On the fifth "point" of the box there is complete information about what, where, with whom and when this bracket was released. You will be surprised, but this product was not made in the Chinese province of Hrenpoimigde, but in Novosibirsk. For this special human thanks and + to the karma of the manufacturer! Opening the box showed that the main parts of the bracket lie there brutally, closely pressed against each other without any extra packaging, except for those parts that are designed to connect other parts, the so-called fasteners. Bolts, screws, nuts, buckets ... Oh, what buckets, there are no parts from the VAZ 2107 here. But there are two plastic plugs so that we don’t peek at the inside of the bracket, otherwise you never know what kind of curious ones there are among us. All of them are in sealed bags. In the photo below, that part of the bracket is measured, which is swivel and due to which the TV hanging on the bracket is removed from the wall on which it is fixed. Instructions for installation and operation of the tilt-swivel bracket for LCD TVs - made to last. It will be clear to everyone, both adults and children, and subordinates, and their leaders, as everything is shown in Funny Pictures. It even reminds me of a comic book. Before fixing the bracket to the wall, it would be desirable to assemble it initially, or at least figure out how it is assembled. Of the tools for assembly, you will not need much, but without tools you are unlikely to be able to assemble. Please note that there are no tools included with the bracket, so the minimum set of tools for assembling this bracket looks like this: - a screwdriver, preferably a Phillips one; - pliers, or narrow-nose pliers - in return for them, it is ideal to have a set of open-end wrenches, it seems that you will need a 10 wrench from it (but, this is not accurate). If you strictly follow the instructions, then you will not have any problems with the assembly, but for younger children under 9 years old, I would not trust this, because they can assemble something wrong and in the end you you get not a TV bracket, but a crossbow. Part of the bracket is attached directly to the TV, and it helps you to remove it from the bracket quickly and efficiently, in the event that they came to you from the tax office. In the photo below you can see how I measure the thickness of the metal of the main part of the bracket. To the touch there is at least 1.4 mm of live steel. And in this photo (see below), the part that is directly attached to the back of the TV is captured. There are 4 screws in the kit for its fasteners, but they turned out to be too long, about 20 mm, and if they are tightened to the very end, they will come out of the screen, like a wolf's fingers from skates (see Well, wait a minute!). So I had to rummage through my "talkative" stores. I found it, but only three of the right size, and left the fourth one from the bracket kit, thinking, they say later I will buy (find) the right size and replace it. And what do you think, I am still changing ... This is what I mean, if you do something, do it right away. Plastic plugs to hide all the most intimate in the profile pipe that sways back and forth, to stay in it is very bad, from the word at all, so I had to use the remnants of silicone from what was left after my wife's breast augmentation surgery. In the photo (see below) you can see what the bracket assembly should look like. Its removable part is already screwed to the "back" of the TV. In the seven photos below you will see the main overall characteristics of the Hitechnic HTN -2902B bracket. Height dimension is: 120 mm Maximum distance from the wall to the back of the TV: 123 mm. Minimum distance from the wall to the back of the TV: 80 mm. Again, the maximum distance from the wall to the back of the TV: 123 mm (top view) The width of the main part of the bracket, which is the carrier in the bracket design, is: 80 mm The distance between mounting holes located in the horizontal plane is 50 mm. I recommend doing the markup in place, it's more reliable. The distance between the bottom mounting hole and the mounting holes in the vertical plane is 110 mm. I also recommend doing the markup in place. It is easy to hang the TV on the bracket, but it is removed with a little difficulty, something is not thought out in the "wings" of the removable and stationary part of the bracket. But I don’t think we’ll have to shoot it often, so I can’t attribute it to big minuses, but as they say, "the sediment remained”. Here the TV is turned to the maximum possible angle that the bracket allows you to do this. I didn’t particularly find any cons, for example, minor flaws that the manufacturer, if he wants, can easily eliminate by slightly changing the design of literally two parts. Therefore, while 4 stars, but really deserved. My good recommendations for this model of bracket for LCD TVs Hitechnic HTN -2902B, and if you are satisfied with the price of 799 rubles (it cost me, with the expense of points, only 400 rubles), then you can safely purchase it and it will to please you for many years until you buy another.
