I like that we can access our CRM from anywhere with an internet connection. It is very easy to use as well! There isn't much you cannot do here! This software does everything for me but it's not cheap so if you're looking into this solution make sure you go over your budget thoroughly before purchasing because there may be other options out there cheaper than what you think. We have been able to stay organized when working remotely while also being able to keep track of all contacts, emails, appointments, etc.
