Review on WAVLINK External Docking Functions Tool Free Black by Jeremy Romero

I got this dock mainly for accessing files on HDDs and SSDs during data transfer and it worked for that purpose without any problems. I haven't used this dock for duplicating discs without a PC, so I can't comment on this feature. Last week, after turning it on and off for a month, it suddenly stopped turning on when both slots were occupied. It would start turning on and then after a second or so it would turn off and start over again. I emailed Wavlink for help and received a response from Daisy@Wavlink in less than 24 hours. After exchanging a few emails, she was able to send me a replacement unit. No fuss, no fuss. Two thumbs up for how painlessly and quickly Wavlink took care of my warranty request!
