Retaining wall waterproofing

UPDATED REVIEW, from 5 stars to 1 star. I bought 30 gallons to waterproof my new 10ft x 100ft retaining wall made of standard 8x16x8 cement blocks before filling it in. If I had to do it all over again I would cover the wall with smooth grout before starting work. I applied the first layer with a brush in all corners, then rolled it out with a thick roller with 1/2 pile. It was too hard and wasn't filling the block fill, so I bought a $700 Graco airless sprayer and used a .017 tip. worked great, I added less than 1 liter of water to the 5 gallon thinning bucket when mixing. I applied 4 more heavy coats and used up all 30 gallons. it looked great, it looked completely sealed. It seems to be drying slowly. Several days passed before he felt healed. I waited over 2 weeks for it to be completed. foam board protected from dirt. Now everything is backfilled and the wall is leaking in several places at the foot of the wall. I know this was the hardest place to place the cover. I have a 4" drain pipe and 18" gravel at the base for draining, but it still needs to collect to get out of the pipe. It's going to cost me thousands of dollars to carefully dig 10ft by 100ft and use a different product. Very disappointed not to use for retaining walls or exterior basement walls on concrete blocks. In my project, the new block was completely rinsed and cleaned before coating.
