I like that it's easy to set up for new users as well has experienced ones who are familiar w/o training them in too much detail (which can be helpful).
The interface isn't very intuitive if you're not already using another Voip provider - but once they've been trained there shouldn’t really need any help from anyone else! It was great having an integrated CRM solution into our business process so we could easily track leads & prospects throughout their buying journey without needing 2 systems or apps etc.. We also used this service alongside other providers such as Google Voice which made switching between services even easier when making calls outbound via mobile devices.
