They work quite well. I used them to illuminate my mirror, I was hoping they would be a bit brighter to make the mirror look like a dressing table, but they aren't bright enough on their own. Still looks cool and was pretty easy to install, I had to remove the silicone on the ends to attach it and do the corners but there can be different prices for silicone corners. I have attached photos of my project before and after.
